Before Renting a Limousine from Limo Connections we suggest that you review the terms of hire

All cancellations must be made 21 days ahead of the booking or all deposits will be forfeit.

If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the required date, we reserve the right to invoice you for the full amount.

A 50% deposit must be provided ahead of all bookings to secure the dates requested.

This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances regardless of the situation. The management reserves the right to refund their money at their discretion.

In the event of the vehicle breaking down, we will not be held liable for any travel costs associated with the missed connections (including but not limited to flights, trains, boats etc).

If you require extra drop offs after a quote has been given we reserve the right to alter a quote to reflect this difference.

Drivers are not obliged to make more than the number of agreed drop offs.

All drivers must be treated with respect at all times or they have the right to refuse passage.

We cannot be held responsible for acts of nature (snow, rain etc) or events beyond our control (traffic jams).

You are not permitted to smoke or eat whilst inside the vehicles to prevent damage to the interior.

We are unable to take responsibility for any belongings left inside the vehicle,

please take all valuables with you once you exit the vehicle.

We will impose a Valets fee should the vehicle be left in an unacceptable condition due to illness or food products being present.

Whilst every endeavour will be made to supply you with your requested vehicle, we reserve the right to send an alternative.

If alterations are made to the original booking, we reserve the right to change the price accordingly. We also reserve the right to refuse to alter the booking if this would cause us loss of revenue.

Hire time begins on arrival of the first pick up point.

This is regardless of whether said parties are present.

If additional services (extra drop offs etc) are required on the night of hire, all services must be paid for in full in cash.

Childrens parties etc must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Our drivers reserve the right to refuse passage to any parties not accompanied by an adult for safety reasons
